'Very convenient as it is on the main street, close to the museum, restaurants and canal. Convenient parking. Not many amenities but that isn’t why we chose the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.'

'The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.'

'From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. 'We had a very nice and large room (king bed with pull out sofa in other room). It was quiet (here on weekdays) and staff was friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool (wished there would have been a hot tub). Breakfast was kind of expensive for the buffet, but otherwise no complaints. It was one of the best stays out of about 6-7 different hotels on our trip across several states.'

'The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. But the carpet Apparently had just been shampooed. It was still wet & the room was very damp. I did not complain because I was exhausted & just wanted to go to sleep. I had to put the heat on high to try & dry up the carpet. Had a difficult time keeping the heat on. The wall paper with all the circles has to go. It is so bad & I thought it would have been replaced by now. The soap & shampoo does not smell good. I would go with a vanilla or coconut...

'This was a very nice place, clean and comfortable. The virtual check-in process was a little weird but it actually worked fine and probably is more efficient for the company. But I wasn’t sure if it would have been easy to connect with an employee if there was a problem.'
