'My family and I stayed one night on our way to Boston. Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location.'
