'It's a small, convenient stay, with helpful and friendly staff.'

'Alles gewoon prima'

'Never cleaned the room in 4 days, and got double billed. Have to wait and see if it is corrected. Hotel staff friendly. Limited breakfast. Too expensive for what you get.'

'Estacionamiento'

'Room had a bit of wet spot but overall, a good experience.'

'Even though it was under renovations our room was wonderful and the staff was very nice and friendly. The only criticism would be the coffee and tea that was available 24/7 in the lobby - it was always cold when we went to have a cup- once in the evening as well as in the morning. Great location as well.'

'Mooi accommodatie en winkels en restaurants op loopafstand.'

'A one night stay, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous.'

'Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival, we asked for room service and did not receive it.'

'Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.'

'Well maintained'

'I was just upset I didn’t get the room I reserved'

'We had team work to do at Syracuse U, and not only was this location convenient, it had all the amenities, was super clean, and the staff was on spot every day. If I had to ding anything it would be the size and layout of the gym, but they had all I needed and it was empty when I went, so it worked.'

'Rudest staff i have ever encountered.'

'My only complaint was the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor.'

'Echt een Amerikaans hotel met het gevoel van thuiskomen.'
