The parking lot was also not clearly marked. The only positive is that the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again. '

'Yes , there was a free breakfast. Nothing fancy Front Desk was great It was in the heart of Syracuse, so walking distances to many amenities and restaurants. 10 min drive to the airport or the Mall. And the parking lot has one EV charging station I think it's a great choice for a short a short stay MG'

'Room was dirty. Stained comforter, no extra sheets for pull out couch. Behind the pullout was a ton of garbage '

'Thin walls and floors, you can hear everything going on above you and next door. Ac/heat unit fan is very loud. Towels are low quality and scratchy. Bring your own pillow, hotels are squishy, if you need firm pillow. All conditions above cuase zero sleep night, would not stay there again.'
