What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. The first woman told me she had written down our request. The second woman told me it was entered in our information, and the third woman told me the same and assured me we would have a refrigerator and a microwave upon arrival. We arrived...

'The room was okay, the floor was sticky in the bathroom but it didn't feel dirty. It's an older hotel, it's okay, we debating leaving as soon as we arrived and find a nicer hotel but ended up staying. Photos look bettee than in person. Some of the staff was very friendly.'
