'The only good thing about the hotel, was the room was clean. HOWEVER, they had no hair dryers. They were renovating so the elevator and halls were dusty and dirty. And no one spoke clear English. Very disappointing. '

'Dirty rundown pest problems un kept supplies such as sheets and blankets with holes and tears as well as stained. Staff not real friendly and short with words. Don't seem professional. Sticky floors and furniture and and just not a comfortable nor inviting place. Pests were the worst part I came with two people I don't want to leave with extras. I paid online to arrive to couches and furniture piled outside which was the first red flag. Will not be returning '

'I didn’t realize the property was under full remodeling. Carpet seemed dirty and hallway had an unpleasant odor. Some rooms were being worked on and doors were opened, so we could see all the tools and paint cans, etc. Laundry room was full of bags with dirty linen. Unpleasant to look at. Outside of building has potential of appearing to be a nice hotel. '

'Wij waren op rondreis door Amerika, een tussenstop op weg naar de Niagara-Falls.
Onze suite had alles, ruime kamer, een keukentje
met alles erop en eraan, konden dus zelf ons eten
klaarmaken. Was schoon en prima bedden. Receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Kortom een perfect hotel om te vertoeven.'
