'Pool was great, hot tub also. Property is well maintained and staff is friendly and extremely efficient. Excellent place for families and kids. Safe environment, all under lock and key. Would stay again. Very good value for the money. The location is central to all areas of the city, convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great property!'

'Our first room had two issues, the window shade was broken and the towel rack had fallen and was laying on the bathroom floor with debris when we checked in. We were told there was not another room to move to the next day but when they evaluated the situation they suddenly had a room to move us to. The new room was great and bigger as the pictures had originally advertised but there toilet made very loud whistling noises at all hours randomly (you had to jiggle the handle to get it stop). 'No ammenities. The pool is the size of a hot tub. They messed up my reservation and had me in a city view room when i booked a luxury beachfront room. They did fix it but i was unhappy that I was not on the ground floor as promised and we had to share a deck with the guests next door. This was so uncomfortable because we had the next doir guests walking by our room windows, therefore we had to keep the curtains closed when we were relaxing in our room. This was surpose to be a romantic weekend...
