'We were promised a 3-4pm check in. When we were trying to go to our room and given ok to go to our room the maid service just started cleaning the room. I attempted to call the phone number attached to the listing and they were very hard to reach, an hour or so went by and they finally responded and had to give us another room because the room still wasn’t cleaned. Very poor communication and nothing was organized.'

'The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. There wasn’t anybody to talk to, no number to call, no email that could get us in contact with somebody that could resolve the issue. We got a warning on the first night of our stay and were forced to park our second car elsewhere or risk it being towed. Also, the...

'The property was nice. However there were no TVs in the bedrooms.Only 2 pans to cook with, small pans. There were a couple of pest in the kitchen. Iykyk. There was a leak in the kitchen coming from the floor. I will say other than that the pool was very nice and the apartment was nice.'
