The balcony was also closed, which was extremely disappointing considering Brickell is known for its beautiful views. I was told it was “under renovation,” but that still does not justify the condition or inconvenience. I even offered to switch to another unit because I was there for birthday celebration, but I was told I would have to pay the full amount again before moving,...

'The room was clean and check in process was smooth. The management/staff was responsive to concerns. The A/C did not work properly but the fan made the room more comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Ample parking is available for all units.'
