'De kamers waren ok, maar de zwembad was echt vies mijn zoon ging zwemmen de volgende dag gelijk iet bij de lippen gekregen. Verder is de locatie echt goed.'

'I liked everything about the property; however I did not get a balcony as it stated in my confirmation email and upon booking. I also did not like that the times available for the waterpark did not meet me needs at all, and it was closed as well as the pool whenever i wanted to go. I had a relative that stayed at the Westgate in Orlando, and their pool was open until 11pm and I enjoyed her balcony as I did not get one. '

'It's not a cheap hotel, so It's frustrating when you are left paying another 50% on top due to all sorts of bogus charges... 40 DOLLARS per day for parking and another 45 DOLLARS per day "resort fee", not to mention another 2,45 for Parking Tax and 2,93 for Resort tax. That's 90 DOLLARS per day on top of your already expensive room. Never again, Renaissance.'
