'This place was great. We stayed here for 6 nights in Jan 2026. Family of 4. We were able to check in a couple hours early - thank you Wonder Vacations team. 'The pool is screened in which was great! We got the pool heater (extra) it was working most of the time. When it wasn’t they got it checked out the next day. The hall bathroom upstairs shower was used by one person once and had some leaking in the kitchen. We reported right away and didn’t use that shower again. (There are three) they said they were going to send someone, but we were at the parks. When we arrived the front door combo lock was dead. They got back to me right away, but wasn’t able...

'This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay. Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns. 'First off the house was not clean. It was only clean where a vacuum can fit. Behind all toilets was dirty, every shower had hair from previous guests. We have a three year old so we were in a rush to leave to get on our cruise and left behind our iPad. We wrote and apparently a cleaner took over two days to get to the house to only come back and say there was no iPad. Security didn’t even ask for ID. The back gate is open to let anyone just enter. Would never stay here again. Didn’t feel clean...

'The owner did not provide enough of the necessary items for a condo. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the amount of days booked. Washer and dryer did not worker properly. I sent request to fix but never showed up. Owner was very rude. We as always have left the property on time and cleaned the entire unit. I would never book here again my worst experience out of the 3 times I have been in Orlando. I think there are way better options and more affordable around Orlando.'

'Rooms were clean but blankets had stains on them. Almost looked like dried blood or something dark of the nature. Shower was not clean, black mold was present in a couple spots, shower head did not appear to be clean either. Pool and slides and lazy river were nice. Parking was decent. Easy to locate. Easy to enter premises. Couches were small and uncomfortable. But we made the best of it. '

'We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken.
