'This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay. Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns. 'First off the house was not clean. It was only clean where a vacuum can fit. Behind all toilets was dirty, every shower had hair from previous guests. We have a three year old so we were in a rush to leave to get on our cruise and left behind our iPad. We wrote and apparently a cleaner took over two days to get to the house to only come back and say there was no iPad. Security didn’t even ask for ID. The back gate is open to let anyone just enter. Would never stay here again. Didn’t feel clean...

'Communication was great with the host! The property and included club house access was perfect for my family! We loved how spacious the home was and how we could easily walk to the club house. Everyone who worked at the gated community was friendly & we had a great time. We have to say that there were only 2 minor gripes about our stay: 1. 'Rooms were clean but blankets had stains on them. Almost looked like dried blood or something dark of the nature. Shower was not clean, black mold was present in a couple spots, shower head did not appear to be clean either. Pool and slides and lazy river were nice. Parking was decent. Easy to locate. Easy to enter premises. Couches were small and uncomfortable. But we made the best of it. '

'We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror'
