'The view & access to Clearwater Beach was outstanding! Closeness to several cute places to dine was great! I was disappointed on how dated the unit was & would have appreciated a better cleaning! Was concerned that there was no outside lock to one of the bedrooms on the third floor which could be easy for someone in Unit 1 to access! Overall enjoyed the view & the beautiful sunsets!'

'Nice and clean, terrific Private Screened Pool area with lots of room to entertain. Short walk to a Private Beach, where there were very few people, just the opposite of going to Clearwater Beach, where we went Saturday and it was JAMMED with people.'

'This property is situated perfectly near the main strip and the beach. It's quiet and private yet steps away from everywhere you want to be. The house is in great condition and is furnished and equipped nicely. You have great views from the rooftop. The owner is very responsive. The area is family friendly and felt very safe.'

'Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky.'

'The bungalow was the perfect location. Lots of towels and linens. Marilyn was so welcoming and available, if needed. Good air conditioning. Ceiling fans in each room. We got to park out car in the garage which was great to keep the heat out . The beach is just across the street. Quiet beach area. Marilyn had an umbrella, Chairs and wagon for us to bring the stuff to the beach. Beach water was warm. Perfect location to watch nightly sunsets!'

'Our overall stay was very good. Having the 2 houses with the connecting courtyard was great for our situation. We would have liked to see both houses cleaner, but overall the houses were nice. Great seating on the courtyard. A little north of the 'main action' but it was walkable and we loved it being so close to the beach.'

'Joe's beach home was perfect for us! It was very homey, super clean, had comfortable beds and was loaded with all the beach gear we needed. And it's just a short walk to an awesome dog friendly beach. Finally, Joe was wonderful helping us with our stay and available anytime we needed him. We'll be back!'

'This property was very clean upon arrival. The location is perfect, as you are steps away from the beach. Many restaurants, shops and Pier 60 are within walking distance. The property managers were quick to respond. There were 3 of us and the space was perfect, with plenty of room. We loved our stay here!'

'Great location for family gathering, easy walk to the beach. Pool wonderful! Able to park 4 cars in front or 1 truck with a boat trailer but not at the same time. House with comfortable bedding. Outside bedroom warmer than main house even with air conditioner, use the box fans! Inside house needs some love and attention to repair/replace some fixtures.'

'Business center didnt exist, but they printed what we needed down the street. Cottage is perfect for privacy we were on honeymoon and chose the cottage for us, out guest stayed in the main home. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathrooms and beds in main house were excellent!'

'The property was newer and the lobby was clean. Our suite was lovely- especially the floor to ceiling sliding doors that offer a lovely view and sunlight! Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and kid toys to bring to the beach, was also a pleasant surprise. '

'Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
