'Space was great if proximity to the beach is your highest priority. The area is quiet and peaceful. Our biggest complaint about the property was the fact that the room we stayed in lacked a couple amenities that would make it way more useable. Our room did not have a table and chairs nor stools to use the high top counter at the window. The only place to sit was the bed. We also did not have a wardrobe or closet or even hooks to hang clothes. Which made it tough to get ready for some dressier...

'Great Location! We could walk to the beach! The boys fished off the dock. Easy driving to Johns Pass, Fishing charter, St pete’s. We enjoyed our stay! The only tricky part about the master bedroom and bath, is the shower is difficult to get in. would be easier with a step in and grab bars. I would definitely stay here again. '

'We stayed in #4 in April 2024. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. The shower was nice and hot, though it sprayed outside the surround and made a wet mess each time. Communication about check in was clear, and we received many emails before and during our stay. The kitchen supplies were pretty sparse (I'd recommend a pizza cutter for sure), and it would have been great if the small bureau area had had some clothes hangers available for use. 'We loved this bungalow! It was so incredibly close to the beach. The beach was a very short distance in the sand which was great when we had one infant and a toddler with us. The beach was not very crowded at all even on the weekend. The bungalow and entire property were very clean and we have no complaints at all! We will be staying here again!'

'Perfect location...right across the street to a beautiful Sunset Beach and the pool was so nice! Close to everything that you need or want, but not much within walking distance, but in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood. The bungalow was all new and very comfortable and Barbara responded to any issues that we had. We will definitely stay there in the future.'
