'Perfect location and space for our group. Our son came to visit and requested time at the beach during his trip. This property had all the space we needed and was very comfortable. Beach access was right across the street and John's pass was an easy walk down the street.'

'This was a cute house. Very close to the beach without those “on the water” price. The dock was really great, the kid with us loved fishing off of it. The house was clean. There is one room, with the built in bed, that you can tell was built into the garage. It only had 1 a/c vent and no fan. It was unbelievably hot in that room. You also had to walk through another bedroom to get to it, which is less than desirable if you are with couples. Which, we were. Other than that, we had a great time...

'Fantastic location right across from the beach, and easy walking distance to many great restaurants and bars.The property was positively adorable and well-kept. It was very comfortable for the 9 guys that stayed there, with plenty of sleeping spots, towels, and space to store groceries. The kitchen and grill worked great for the cooking we did. We enjoyed the pool, even in the rain.'

'I would put a better description of what type of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. We brought our own stuff, but then didn’t need it. Since we flew in it could’ve saved us from bringing excessive luggage. Thank you the place was great.'

'This home was wonderful for our group of 7. It is beautifully decorated in beachy theme and super cozy. There were several very thoughtful and helpful small amenities. It was very spacious and allowed for our group to be together in the open areas and also separated off in one of the porches or expanded bedroom nooks for quiet alone time. The host checked in with us, was very accessible and helpful in need. The location was very convenient to Madiera Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe...

'Clean and new, did not disappoint!We had a group of 8 and everyone had plenty of space here. The entire property was neat and tidy and ready for us upon checkin. Kitchen is stocked and had most essentials. We cooked breakfast and lunch here without having to make any purchases outside the food and coffee filters. Beach access was directly across the street from this location and they provided beach games, chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to transport it all! The only thing missing were beach...

'This condo was perfectly located in walking distance to everything. We only had to use a ride service to and from the airport. The condo itself was perfect for our friends getaway. It was spacious and clean!'

'It was very nice and clean. We wished there was a sofa in the main room or chairs rather than just bean bags. Overal we liked it and was clean and had everything that was on the listing. We wish had more outside chairs around the pool. It also nice that they allowed pets. Thank you'
