'Beautiful,exceptionally clean home with all the amenities. We loved that there was plenty of living space for seven people and completely updated. We enjoyed cooling off in the heated pool after being out all day. This house is truly a find in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was one of the best I have ever communicated with, Sandy responded almost immediately. We would definitely choose this home again if we come back for Phillies Spring training. 'Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in.
