'We were visiting to move our daughter in at University of Tampa. This was perfect location for what we needed- 5 minutes from shops like target and Walmart, 15 min from school. We were able to have some Amazon deliveries to house as well. House is clean and nicely decorated. Pool was great for the two days we had nice weather. Def recommend. '

'This is an older house with all of the memories of my grandmothers house. Comfortable and a place for all of your necessities. The location is awesome and walking is the easier way to get around. Having my pup and my family along made it a fun trip.'

'Our rental was great! The house is exactly as it is pictured. The owners were very thoughtful with all of the things they had in the house. They had the perfect amount of beach supplies which saved us from having to buy anything for the beach. The home is spacious and the neighborhood is very cute. We went to the coffee shop across the street. Delicious and we also went to a near by Cuban restaurant. So good. The home is conveniently located so getting around is easy. All in all a great trip.'

'We had the best vacation ever, the house was perfect even better than the pictures, publix is with in walking distance 15-20 from pier 60. It was just perfect. I cooked in the am went to the beach in the afternoon then back home by 7 for dinner it was to wonderful to not cook in the house we didnt eat fast food once. We loved painting the fence and playing all the games. On our last day my son had a migraine and the host accommodated us WayyyAbove and beyond service. We will be back very soon my...

'My son and I had an amazing and comfortable stay at this listing! The area is great for families, the house is literally on the beach and can’t ask for much more. I would definitely give this place 5 stars and would stay again when visiting Clearwater. '

'Thank you so much for the amazing stay! At 35 years old this was the weekend getaway with my friends of 17 years that I dreamed of! I get married in September and all my girlfriends have little kids at home so we wanted something in a great location to get to dinners but a relaxing/safe/clean at home atmosphere. This was perfect! "Great hotel, though it seems a bit dated. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was also good. The only thing we missed was the lack of stairs; we personally found it less convenient to rely on the elevator. Plenty of food, drink, and shopping options are available nearby. Within a 30 minute drive you will be at the beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Lots of parking space."
