'The property was gorgeous, all the rooms were spacious and the jacuzzi and pool was super clean, overall a great place to stay! '

'The property was clean as advertised inside but the outside photo of a well maintained lawn was misleading. The grass was not in the condition shown in the photo and I had to call the host to get the lawn cut. The outside area was the selling point for me and my family. We had plans to use the outside area during our stay but that did not happen due to the lawn condition. 'We loved our week in Florida! Our large family had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were a hit on the hot days we didn't go to the beach. The house is very well located with plenty of shopping and restaurants only minutes away. Beaches only 15-30 minutes away. Great spot and was exactly what we were looking for!'

'The amount of money we pay per night, I find it unacceptable that the property owner controls the A/C while away from the property. If we set the thermostat to a certain temperature, I should not walk into the house when it’s nearly 80 degrees inside when I’m about to go to sleep. A/C worked fine when at the house, but they clearly watched the cameras when we left and remotely controlled the climate control to unreasonable level. '

'First, I just want to say I absolutely hope to stay here again and my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool house was amazing and it was so fun to cook dinners out there while watching my children have a good time in the pool or out fishing on the dock. The house is lovely and the double washer and dryer was a game changer. The only thing I’ll add in full transparency is that there were some aspects that were not as pristine as the pictures listed.
