Anna Maria Beach Condo 1/1

Ik ben op zoek naar het huren van mijn appartement op Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach-FL. Dit is een slaapkamer met volledige keuken en een overdekt balkon met een beetje uitzicht op de oceaan. Het heeft een kingsize bed, uittrekbare bank, complete keuken, ontbijttafel, grote badkamer. Er is basis kabel, WiFi, wasmachine en droger in eenheid en nutsbedrijven inbegrepen in de huurprijs. Geen huisdieren en niet roken.

Het appartement bevindt zich in de Tortuga Inn, een populair resort / hotel. Het biedt privétoegang tot het strand met stoelen en parasols inbegrepen in mijn HOA. Twee zwembaden ter plaatse en overdekte parkeerplaats als optie. Parkeren is niet toegewezen, het is wie het eerst komt het eerst maalt. De kamer ligt op de bovenste verdieping dus geen lawaaierige bovenbuurman. Er is een lift en trappen. Het uitzicht buiten uw kamer is voornamelijk bomen en het appartement naast de deur, maar er is uitzicht op de oceaan en uitzicht op de baai door de bomen.

Het is het perfecte strand-tot-baai resort op het ongerepte Ann Maria Island in Florida. Plus een privéwit zandstrand aan de overkant van de straat, twee verwarmde zwembaden, een privépergola met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en waterscooters. Zeekoeien staan erom bekend het baaigebied in bepaalde perioden van het jaar te bewonen, dolfijnen en andere dieren in het wild zijn ook regelmatige bezoekers in de baai en de oceaan.

Binnen het appartement; de 1 slaapkamer heeft een volledige keuken, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, veel kookgerei, ontbijttafel en eettafel met een extra eettafel op het overdekte terras. Zitplaatsen 12 in totaal met extra stoelen voor grote groepen in de villa. De woonkamer is zeer ruim met twee banken. Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en tv met een eigen ingang naar het overdekte balkon. De master badkamer heeft een dubbele wastafel en een grote kast met een inloopdouche met dubbele douchekoppen. Er is een wasmachine en droger in het apparaat, basis kabel en wifi.

Great location! Loved the beach access right across the street and the provided beach loungers for the hotel & condo guests. Nice having beach umbrellas and a float for our use in the condo. My stay at this condo in Anna Maria Island was simply wonderful. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and everything you need to enjoy the island. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities to make me feel at home. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a peaceful getaway. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort provided throughout my stay. We loved staying here. It was like home away from home. Short, very short walk to the best part of the beach on the entire island. Also fishing out back. We will definitely stay here again! We had a manatee swim by us on the beach, found 3 fist size conk shells, a shark tooth and saw dolphins. The condo had everything we needed. You won’t find a better place.

Very good overall

You will not have instructions for check in; in the AM. You will have to wait until 1 pm. Check in is at 4pm. If you are a type A personality and get anxiety from not being prepared ahead of time this will irk you just FYI. One elevator was out of service near the unit no biggie. Cleaning people opened the door at 10 am as I was getting dressed and kept coming in and out. Check out is at 11. That’s not okay. Toilet stopped flushing as we were leaving. Luckily it was just bath tissue only in there to flush. Tiny leak coming from the dishwasher, I stopped the washer and made them aware before I left. The condo seems like a split floor plan, so you will hear noise and conversations from the door separating the two. Bedding and unit clean, but floors and chairs could use a deeper cleaning or mop. The sofa feels a little ick too, bring a sheet to cover it before sitting if you feel you might be similar me lol. It’s not the sofa in the photos.

This condo is exactly as described. The location is great, bed is comfortable and the covered parking worked out perfectly. We walked across the street to the beach every day and then to the pool. The owner was very responsive as well. I would recommend to anyone.

We spent six days in this Condo.Location was excellent, within walking distance of Bridge Street for restaurants, directly across the road from beautiful beach. Communication with host was first class he responded very quickly to any communication. Apartment was clean on arrivalA couple of things worth noting however, we had an issue with the toilet which we managed preferring not to have a repair during our visit, there is no safe so we didnt want our passports around when workers came in. We did notice though that this had been flagged up in a review in May and clearly hadn't been properly repaired.Furthermore the location can be very noisy at times endless workers outside the balcony banging and generally just making a racket! Finally while the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for our holiday it does need upgraded with respect to decor/paint some areas look quite worn and marked. Sofa etc looked very tired.Overall we had a great stay.

The condo was great. The elevator was not working which created a little hardship for my husband who has had a knee replacement and also open heart surgery. Also, usually by 7 am, workers and big trucks are busy working outside on the driveway. We would like to return once the property has been completely repaired.

Nice place that was roomy for 2-3 people (one on sleeper). Everything was as expected. Place had towels for beach and most everything we needed for a few days at the beach. The toilet (only one) wasn't working and washer dryer squeaks loud enough to keep you awake. Other than that, we were pleased to be there and grateful for the communication of the owner/manager.
