'We loved the property, room, amenities, and close proximity to Bradenton Beach, as well as our favorite shops and restaurants! Our rental car easily got us around to the other beaches, nature preserves, and outskirts! There is a free island trolley as well!'

'The manager. Nicole, and her staff are very kind and genuinely “aim to please”. The resort is like being in paradise with it’s fantastic clear water. The rooms are lovely and quiet.'

'Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! '

'The house is beautiful!! Plenty of room for a family, and plenty to do!The owner was readily available through messages and the phone if we had any questions. It was an easy process, and an excellent experience!!!I highly recommend this house if you just feel like hanging out, or exploring Anna Maria, it’s a beautiful location!!And don’t forget to go down the slide!! "Het 2e bezoek in 3 maanden, helaas niet goed bevallen. Kamer was ronduit vies, veel onderhoud achterstand, 1x per week schoon linnen. Ook na het melden vond niemand het nodig hierover in gesprek te gaan. Je zou verwachten dat, zeker wanneer iemand 14 dagen bij je in huis is, je toch de moeite neemt om een aangenaam verblijf te verzorgen."
