'Loved my stay here. We did have an unfortunate fire that was taken care of quickly on the 2nd floor. Only issue I have was with the hot water not staying warm long. Seemed to get cold within a few minutes. But loved staying here would stay again.'

'We were only there for a quick weekend mom’s getaway , but the time we had here was so peaceful and relaxing. The property is beautiful. Close to the beach and downtown . It was a great time all around .'

'We stayed in Virginia Beach for a weekend as our daughter attended a basketball tournament. We brought our dog with us. Everything was perfect. Pictures and description of the property matched perfectly the on line listing. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.'

'We love this spot and love the location. It was nice to have the golf cart because we did not have that last year. However, we still couldn't get the stove working (again), the lock box to get the golf cart out was the incorrect code and the tire on the golf cart had a leak. Luckily, we got an air compressor, so we were able to fill it up a couple of times and still use the cart.'

'Was looking for a place to stay for myself along with a group of undergraduate students for participation in a competition at the nearby state park. This was a great spot, and the house layout made it easy for the students and I to have separate spaces.'

'This house was in a perfect location to the beach! We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach every morning. The beach was not crowded at all even for a holiday weekend. The house itself was a cute vintage style home with everything we needed. The cool night weather allowed for us to make a fire in the backyard fire pit and make s’mores. Our kids loved it!'

Perfect for our big group as each family had their own space and bathroom on the second and third floor. Main floor open layout is great for hanging out together, cooking and eating. 'We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us. It was close to the beach and very convenient to the main strip and all the places we wanted to go. We enjoyed the outdoor area and sitting around the firepit. Would definitely recommend it to friends.'

'a group of 6 adults came in to town to run the shamrock half and full marathons. it was great and convenient location to see the full marathon runners as they came in to finish the race once the half marathon runners were finished. the road noise from 22nd street can be loud but the place was great for our group.'

'The unit needs to have TVs. It’s hard to keep teenage kids entertained without game systems/TVs. The unit has only one TV and none in the bedrooms. Small issue with internet, but was quickly resolved by resetting. The parking is tricky (hard to locate) and the garage is very small. Bed linens/towels should be upgraded for nigthly rate range being charged. Upstairs tended to get warm and we had to open the windows. New carpet for the upstairs.'

'The stay was great if you don’t mind cameras watching you. Propane tank was empty, couldn’t sit on balcony because straw would go up my ass from the crappy chairs. Stove top was dirty with mysterious fluid. It was what it was. Plenty to do in area. Plenty of undersize crab available- we threw them back.'
