'Unit 1B was exceptional for a weekend stay. Beautiful, artful, comfortable, new renovations all come to mind to describe. The living room was great and made very functional with kitchenette. 'The room is steps from the beach, true. The path to the beach is through other's property and is littered with their stuff. The room is also steps from a busy road. The room is very small, and while cooled by the window unit, is still humid and very much like a basement. There is no way to get fresh air into the space. The kitchen is hot because the refrigerator and hot water heater(!) take up much of the space and all of the air in the room. Both large appliances are plugged into the wall...

'We have been searching for the best way to take a beach vacation and THIS was it! Located at the north end of boardwalk, it was quiet and out of the way but still walking (or bicycling-included!)distance from resturants and other attractions. 'The condo was a perfect place for us to stay for a couple days to attend a concert. The condo was very clean. The owners provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella and even a soft cooler. Steps to the beach so we could enjoy a quick beach fix. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was great. Would stay again.'

'Good location at the very northern end of the boardwalk, close to things but away from the crowds. Small but had what we needed, including a comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and beach chairs in good condition. Some of the advance communication was confusing because it came from different sources but a quick phone call resolved the one check in issue that had gotten buried. '
