'Wanted a few days hiking and seeing the sights. The house was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for getting into Carmel, Point Lobos and surrounding areas. Note that, due to winter storms, the trail to the private beach is pretty torn up and the beach itself is covered in large boulder type pebbles! Notwithstanding that, we highly recommend this property.'

'This house at Mission Fields is nothing short of spectacular. We've probably stayed at a half dozen higher-end vacation rentals before happily and this is heads & shoulders above the crowd for several reasons. The home is incredibly well-appointed with everything one needs...the exceptional coffee maker (Moccamaster - I looked it up) brews in 90 seconds flat; Tempurpedic beds, the steam shower was DELIGHTFUL - we would return for the steam shower alone. The backyard is charming, with wonderful...
