The only problem was that the air conditioner was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature for sleeping so we were hot at night. The staff tried to help and gave us a fan which did help some. The problem was that the temperature had to be controlled at the front desk with a computer. 'This place is near the heart of Bolzano. Modern, clean, bright and well appointed. My wife and I stayed here and greatly enjoyed our time. Close to restaurants and attractions. Staff were helpful. Room is large and functional. Extremely modern controls. Our room had stunning view of the mountains. There’s also a fantastic gym with new equipment. We definitely stay here again.'

'I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! '
