Hotels met roomservice in Centraal zakendistrict van New Orleans

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it so my valuables weren't safe. I had to call...

'Stayed a week. Housekeeping was very accommodating to our late mornings and did an amazing job. Live piano was a delightful addition to our stay and allowed us an opportunity to hang out in the lobby and people watch. '
