'Beautiful property but hasn’t been kept up as it should for being a Crown Plaza hotel. The water handle in my room was faulty and went from cold to super hot because it was loose. Also had the secondary lock broken in my room so didn’t feel very safe.'

'The hotel lobby was gorgeous and they provide you with free water bottles but would be nice to have a water bottle refil station as well. The room had a view of the building next door, we just kept the shades closed. The bathroom we were given had an accessible shower but the floor wouod get wet so luckily we had enough towels to lay down. The bed is made with 2 flat sheets, no fitted sheets and the mattress protector also was flat so things kept coming untucked. Housekeeping one day lwft...
