'This property is horrible. It is not inhabitable, yet alone worthy of being rented out to guests. There is black mold growing on the bath tube! The entire unit reeks of mold odors. In fact, as soon as you enter the building’s front lobby, you can smell the mold. As an Engineer who designs major infrastructure for a living, I would highly recommend against occupying the dwelling unit advertised on this page. It is unsafe, and unfit to house humans. 'This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car.'

'We had a great time during spring break in this rental. It was large enough for our family of 5 in a clean, safe environment just over the bridge from downtown DC.
