The home is full of natural light, spacious and cozy providing a wonderful place for our group-15 ladies this year. The two living rooms and several decks provide great places to be inspired. '15 ladies enjoyed a wonderful long girls weekend at Floatin and Boatin. The kitchen is well stocked, there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors for relaxing and lots of laughter. Just minutes to Rosemont Winery and Shady Shack. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.'

'This is a very nice B&B located conveniently to the attractions around Kerr Lake Reservoir . It is owned and operated by a couple from the Netherlands who sprinkle a little Dutch into the breakfast. The house was a pre-civil war Tobacco Plantation home. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and Martin, our host was very attentive and helpful. I would rate it a very good value'

'We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Sunrise Cottage. Beautiful views of the lake! The house was so clean and we appreciated that very much. Knowing that we were celebrating a Birthday, there were happy birthday balloons and candles. Good thing since I forgot 😳. So thoughtful! The homemade Quiche was outstanding as well as the Coffee Bar! Would definitely recommend! Thanks, Andrea & Troy'

'House is lovely and inviting, just like the pictures. The entrance stairs are a little steep, but manageable. Very spacious, open and comfortable. Great place to spend relaxing. Close access to several state recreation areas for boat ramp. Quaint country store about 3 miles from the house with good food and milk shakes. Will definitely be going back.'

"Complex dient gerenoveerd te worden en is absoluut geen Plus. Badkamer smerig en geen ventilatie! Ontbijt zeer beperkt. Zwembad staat op de parkeerplaats (zie je niet op de foto) en er waren slecht een ligbed en drie kapotte stoelen aanwezig en veel rotzooi door volle afvalbakken. Personeel was aardig. "
