This was by far the worst hotel ever! I booked because they said they had transportation to the O'Hare airport on their website. When I arrived and tried to schedule a ride, was told they don't offer that service. When I showed them the service was on their website, I was then told I would have had to book two nights. In the morning, I went down to catch an Uber and there was a taxi at the front door offering rides to the Airport. While I have no proof, the driver of the cab looked a lot like the folks running the hotel. As a matter of fact, the driver went around the counter to go in the back office. I'm like REALLY! Again, worst place ever!

sorry but in the website it is mentioned that we only have shuttle service if they have 2 nights stay.Taxi was waiting outside because one guest called them for pick up.

When you check-in you get a ticket for breakfast, you just have give the ticket back. We do not charge for breakfast.

Staff are nice. Price is decent. You get what you pay for which is not bad for the location and the property itself. It's good for overnight stay but not for a few days.

The staff was cold and un welcoming. No one likes to have the receptionists at the desk tell them what they NEED to do. It’s not a polite way to interact with guests. The place was a dump. Dirty walls, carpet, broken leaking sink, broken shower. Stains in the sheets.

It was ok for the price. Room was reasonably clean but kind of beat up. Had a mini fridge and microwave and bed was comfortable enough. Billboards for adult entertainment next to it as well as a gas station that felt a little sketchy going into at night made me wonder about the area.

Guest never stayed in the motel, She came but she did not had deposit so she left. In our website it is mentioned that there will be 100 deposit during check-in. The claim that something was flying around breakfast food not possible as she came in the night and we do not have breakfast available in the night.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
No microwave or refrigerator. That was a BIG disappointment. Did not come in and get the used towels and put in new towels. The continental breakfast was BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Won’t be making reservations/ or going back to any Baymont hotels.

Room reserved by guest was for cheapest room and we have fridge and microwave only in the deluxe rooms. If guest wanted fridge and microwave they should had made a deluxe room reserved. We have full hot breakfast which includes eggs,meat,bread,cereal,waffle,milk , yogurt etc. So can you tell us what else you wanted for the breakfast.We provide service to the guest every other day.
