The hotel was clean. The room was fine. The breakfast was adequate. There was a lot of noise in the halls until 1am my first night - kids running up and down the hall. It was quiet my 2nd and 3rd nights.

Did not like this hotel at all. There were bugs everywhere in the hotel room we got. Ended up having to get a new hotel. The staff at front desk was not helpful.

The front desk agent was very friendly and professional; check-in was easy. The room was incredibly clean. Room temperature was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The black-out curtains were great. This may seem trivial to most, but the lighting around the bathroom mirror was the best lighting I have ever experienced in a hotel (I was actually able to put on my makeup and have it look decent).

One of the mattresses was horrible, totally needs replacing. No support caved in the middle. so instead of sleeping peacefully we had to share. Breakfast was good and staff were awesome.

Wish we had know that the motel was under construction. The crew in the parking lot with grills and a tailgating atmosphere, and coming in at midnight was annoying. They gave away my room, even though I called that morning and said I had missed my flight and would be there the next day.. Its a hotel.. no frills.. Bed was okay

If you absolutely need a cheap place to stay this will do but don’t expect anything more than that. They’re attempting to “update” but it’s very half ass. Picture if you will polishing a turd. I complained about the shower water pressure which was an absolute joke to the front desk and was told maintenance would take a look later that evening. Maintenance never came. Lamp shades had stains on them, the faucet in the sink would shoot water from the handle if turned too high, the microwave had a spin dial to time the cook, there was remanence of where the old decor use to be like holes, metal frames, and what appeared to be hung a mirror that used to be on the wall, the comforter had a yellow stain but luckily I always bring my own blanket when traveling, and lastly the new door to the room they put to the room was not able to be locked from the inside because the bolt of the door didn’t match the old hardware still in the door frame. I wasn’t expecting much from comfort suites but this had the feel of a seedy motel. First and last time I will ever stay here. Pay the little extra to get way better quality.

The front desk liaison Latonya is so sweet and so upbeat and charming. I really did enjoy walking in and out of the hotel just because of her sweet greetings she’s very efficient, friendly thorough and an all-around incredible employee. We won’t stay here again. There are lots of other hotels in the area and there are better choices. It’s a decent hotel but the service is very lacking. Good: The third floor, where our room was, had recently been renovated. The hall was bright and cheery, the room had new carpets, and floors, newly painted walls, new fixtures. The room was bright and cheery and had lots of bright light fixture and plenty of outlets and USB ports. Beds were soft and very comfortable. The floor was very quiet and we got a good night’s sleep. There was a good variety of breakfast items and the attendant was always there, working hard and keeping it very clean and she was very pleasant. Not so good: We stayed there three days. The elevator was broken the whole time, so we had to carry all out luggage up to the third floor and go up and down the stairs many times a day. The stairwell we had to use was attendant filthy. Although the floor we were on was newly renovated and bright, the hall carpet was dirty and was never vacuumed while we were there. Our room was never touched while we were there, no trash emptied, no linens changed, no toiletries replenished. We had to go out and buy soap, shampoo, etc. Oddly, the newly renovated bathroom had ZERO towel racks, we had to drape our washcloths and towels over various things so they would dry out every day (never got new towels). Property is under construction. The rooms smells like constant cigarettes and weed. I had a 3 nigjt stay but got a full refund because this place is a dump.
