Hotel was very clean and affordable. Breakfast was decent and staff and service were amazing. Definitely worth the price and location.

Excelentes instalaciones. Ubicación conveniente y muy cerca del aeropuerto. Habitación amplía, moderna, limpia. Excelente limpieza. Elevadores amplios, mini tienda en el lobby, piscina. Todo muy bien. Excelente selección de productos de tocador.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating for last minute booking to be close to family. Our room was nice and clean.

My one-night stay was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the luxurious bedding and the spacious bathroom. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for a short stay

People... The staff was wonderful. I am a choice hotel diamond member but there was no hotel in the area that could fit my needs so I went with this hotel and I think I'm going to stay with this brand because choice has been going down rapidly. The beds were super comfy The pillows were out of this world but the staff made my stay wonderful. I have been dealing with health issues but I still wanted to bring my grandchildren to Chicago to see the museums and aquariums and we stayed at this hotel. the buffet people helped with my grandchildren in the morning and unfortunately one of my grandchildren left a bag of our swimsuits in the lobby before we left and the hotel called and let us know and held it for us until we could come return to get it back. The bag held a blanket that my 16-year-old grandson has had since he was a baby so it was so important to me to get it back. I think I'm going to jump ship with choice hotels because I've been so not happy with their customer service and start staying at the Hilton brand because of this wonderful experience that we had at this hotel. The whole place with very clean and sparkling The management team needs to give the whole staff a high five for jobs well done. And this is not coming lately if you read any of my other reviews I'm a very picky person to please.
