We were there for four days. The building looked very good, but they didn't clean the room. They didn't put clean towels. They didn't clean the bathroom. They never made the beds.

I didn't like anything. The room we had did not appear to have clean linen. We had double beds and one of the beds had a dog paw print on the sheet. The room was disgusting nasty, smell nasty. Never again will stay there

We booked this place because they said dog friendly and we had to attend a graduation. The staff called only after we were gone gor 30 minutes and told us we couldn't leave our dogs and had to leave my daughters graduation or they would take our dogs. So we missed the graduation. To add insult to injury they charged us an extra $50 and there wasnt any damage our dogs were crated. What kills me is they advertised dog friendly which wasn't the case they made us feel so unwelcome and took away our opportunity to see our daughter’s 2 hour ceremony. Not to mention when I happen to walk by and saw somebody cleaning one of the rooms she pulled a bottle of drinking water out of the trash and used it to clean the floor so clearly there hygienic and Covid practices do not exist. This place is not the place to stay if you have pets or have any issue with cleanliness. Find another location so you dont get screwed. I think they complained about us having dogs there because it was their way to charge us extra money. We left the room as clean as we arrived. Find a motel 6 they are pet friendly and let you leave when you need to withought hesitation.

Pros: Clean, staff was helpful when asking for extra things, room prices were great & they provided info on transportation services to & from boot camp graduation. Cons: A lot of smoke smell by the rooms that were closer to the doors (from people standing outside to smoke). The condition of the hotel & room was a bit worn out & the bed made popping sounds everytime we got in & out of it from the metal bed frame.

Convenient & Close to Naval Base
Enjoyed our 3 night stay in our 2 queen bed room. We were here for my son's Navy boot camp graduation. It was only like a 7 - 8 minute drive to his base. -- Which was really convenient, because I had to make 4 trips total back & forth picking up my son & taking him back to base. This hotel offers free shuttle back and forth to the graduation. I kinda wish now I had taken it. The traffic on base and also getting out of their garage parking after the ceremony that day was pretty crazy & took forever, so taking the free shuttle would have been good. 😊 Make sure you get an extra free shuttle passes before you leave that morning for your sailor for on the way back 😁 This hotel is clean & comfortable with interior entrance. My son actually wanted to just hang out & rest in our room for a little while during his liberty time. Our bathroom was a tight squeeze, but they did have a long sink counter with a large LED mirror. There was no breakfast. They do have vending machines with snacks & drinks for like $2. They have coffee in the lobby. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge, & we got a coffee maker at request with no extra charge. I would stay here again, however, I would definitely stay on the 2nd floor next time because we could hear all the footsteps above us & it was pretty loud -- sometimes during the middle of the night, which disturbed my husband's rest at times. The property seems safe & quiet, and the staff were very nice & accommodating.
