The lady at the front desk was very friendly. However the room I selected was not the room we got, I didn’t get the homie feel when we walked in, smells like the carpet needs to be replaced. They false advertise the deluxe king suite, these rooms have been unavailable for a while but they post them and have guest thinking they are getting these rooms. We canceled the whole reservation and went elsewhere.

I've stayed there before and came back because it's close to an event I try to attend every year and was available. The hotel is inexpensive but you get what you pay for. It's clean and does the job. On the other side, it's old and getting older every year. Decoration looks like it's from 1980 and has not been updated since. It's a bit beat up and has a restaurant that has been closed since the first time I stayed there. It's hard to get anything to eat within walking distance since there are not many options. It needs a major remodel but i doubt they will get around to doing it soon.

The room was not very clean.. there was a rag (or sock, or underwear.. we don’t know, we didn’t touch it) on the rolling (office) chair in the room. The beds were uncomfortable. The walls were dirty. To top it all off, the heat in the room went out at 2am..was awoken by the heater making weird noises, just turned it off so it would stop, didn’t want to wake my daughter and/or change rooms at 2am. Told the front desk about it at 7am as we were getting ready to leave.. nothing.. no credit/refund for any part of it, not even an apology, just noted it down and said “Ok, you’re all set to go (checked out). The lobby and everything looked clean.. really only there to get some sleep.. which didn’t really happen. Disappointing stay.

I didn’t like the fact that they have limited towels. The breakfast could’ve been better. The orange juice and apple juice was in an open container (pitcher). Our room was next to the elevator, so we could hear when it was being used. The ice machine on our floor was not working. The floors in the lobby needed mopping. We paid for 2 queen beds but we had 2 full beds. I could go on and on but I’ll leave it at, I’ll never stay there again. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels and this one just didn’t fit my liking.

There was supposed to be a restaurant. But it was closed and I was nt notified by them or Expedia that was the case. So I had to check out early . No Refund. Grrr. On the positive side staff were good, especially Laura and Sayed.

Filthy. Bathrooms unwashed. Room was tidy, but not clean at all. Found other peoples small belongings. Pubic hair and dried urine surrounding toilet seat. Room was less clean than a public restroom. Extremely uncomfortable. I’m not a particularly clean person, but my room was disgusting. Could not leave fast enough.

Don't stay here
The plan was to stay for two nights, but we left after one night and checked in to another hotel (yes, it was that bad). The hotel was musty and dirty. There were fans in the hallway of our floor, drying out something. Water damage stains in our room. There weren't many people on our floor and our room seemed like it had been unused for quite some time. The room was dirty. Crumbs everywhere, hairs in the bed, curtains were dirty, toilet seat was broken, we had one set of towels only, refrigerator was slightly dirty, coffee maker had dust and debris, tv didn't have a guide to understand what channels are available.
