'PLEASE BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I took them with a grain of salt and still booked and found out everyone is right. First of all, the rooms are not like the pictures online. Only 2 out of the 4 small drawers worked so me and my daughter had 1 drawer for our clothes. 'My first time in FLL. I didn’t know that a road separated all of the hotels from the beach. Apparently I booked a room with an ocean view but I couldn’t go past the 4th floor of the hotel, go figure! You can see the ocean from the 3rd floor but a higher floor would have been better. The restaurant had good food. The pool was too small to accommodate the amount of guests in the hotel. 'Kamer 107 er staat een koffie maker maar is onvolledig, geen pads houder , geen cups ,geen koffie . Bij vraag aan een poetsvrouw kregen we uit een andere kamer een houdertje . Zelf voor koffie gezorgd en willen de koffie maker opzetten komt er een beige vieze smurie uit. In een mum van tijd stonk heel de kamer …walgelijk. Niet meer met zelfs parfum weg te krijgen Naar de receptie om een andere kamer . Was er zgz niet maar gelukkig een verantwoordelijke ging mee naar onze kamer en moest bijna...

'The hotel is conveniently located between the Airport and Cruise terminal, but unfortunately did not offer a free shuttle to get to our cruise ship the next morning. 'An absolute gem. Considering this is next door to the Four Seasons and Conrad, it's a veritable bargain! The rooms are spacious. The pool is nice. The bar staff are friendly and helpful.
