'We booked this property over a year ago and when booking this property, I specifically looked for a place with a hot tub and it did have it listed as a hot tub. When we arrived, the property manager communicated very well. And the house itself was pretty clean. The beds are comfortable. We did pay the extra to have the hot tub and pool heated but neither of them got very warm at all. When I contacted the property manager, she explained to me that the hottest the hot tub would get would be 80°.'

'This house is very relaxing. We were there to watch our daughter play college softball. The backyard is definitely worth the stay. The lake is a beautiful scene anytime of the day. We spent several downtime moments on the dock or in the beach chairs after a busy day of softball. It is close to everything we needed but was very private. Would definitely go back!'

'Just don't rent from Grand Welcome. Key entry code we were given didn’t work, took 3 phone calls to get inside. Pool filter wasnt functioning properly, couldn't come until the next day. It was on but water was stagnant and not circulating. One sink was clogged up and not useable. We knew there would be a limited supply of toilteries but there was zero toilet paper to be found on our arrival. To top it off we went to grill and noticed it was locked with a bike lock.
