'On arrival the outside grounds could have been better kept. I was greeted by a young man who I later found out was the general manager Andre. My face/eyes were swollen due to allergies. I asked Andre if any pets have been in the room assigned to me and he assured me that no pets have been in that room and even took me to the room to be sure. The room was clean, and smelled fine, and I didn’t sneeze upon entry, so I was happy.'

'I appreciated the price provided through Expedia, however; I asked for a one hour extension of my room so I didn't have to be at airport so early the day of check out. The staff said it would cost me an additional $50 (half the price of the one night stay I benefited via Expedia)so I opted to go to airport the extra hour...it would have been more fair at $25.'
