The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). 'Die Wohnung ist toll und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu einer kleinen Straße, daher bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut (auch von den Fußgängern). Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das aber überhaupt kein Problem! Die Heizung funktioniert toll, Für den Sommer ist ein Stand-Klimagerät vorhanden. Es war wirklich alles perfekt, bis auf die etwas zu weiche und zerlegene Matratze im Schlafzimmer.'

'The communication on locating the apt was so poor and the apartment not set up at all. No sheets towels or even toilet paper when we arrived and very challenging to reach anyone. . They gave us a night free it was so bad and we were very appreciative. Apt and balconey is lovely if they improved their communication and set up. '
