'We stayed at leatherwood for one night and headed a couple of miles down the road to the outfitter before starting our paddle trip. Leatherwood is a great and spacious house with everything you need. If you’re driving in the dark the sign can be a bit hard to see but if you’re looking out for it, it’s no problem at all! Snacks were provided and Branson was close enough for a day trip since it was raining. Host was great at communication and answering all our questions. '
