'Stayed here for a week 1st june 2024 - 8th june 2024 with my partner. Upon arriving we parked on the free carpark opposite the hotel roughly 15 seconds away. Greeted by a lovely gentleman on the front desk unsure of the name but he was great and talked us through everything we needed to know during our stay. 'The Tenerife Island is lovely but my accommodation could be better and cooler. Pros: - Rented a place from a friendly gentleman. - Location is perfect - close to all amenities including transportation... may not need to rent a car. - Nice communal pool. - Safe location - like an estate. - Free parking. Cons: - It's a BQ not a loft. - Room has no ventilation or air conditioning. - Air bed deflated while in use. - No Wi-fi - had to pay for it from nearby hotel and used anywhere I found free...

'On arrival the office was closed with nobody around to greet me, give me keys and show me to my room. Subsequently, after several phone calls from me I reached someone who sent a Cleaner down to let me in, who knew nothing about my booking or the room. The room was not clean The shower was hanging off the wall and has to be repaired by me before I could use it and even then was poor temperature and pressure.
