'Stayed here for a week 1st june 2024 - 8th june 2024 with my partner. Upon arriving we parked on the free carpark opposite the hotel roughly 15 seconds away. Greeted by a lovely gentleman on the front desk unsure of the name but he was great and talked us through everything we needed to know during our stay. 'On arrival the office was closed with nobody around to greet me, give me keys and show me to my room. Subsequently, after several phone calls from me I reached someone who sent a Cleaner down to let me in, who knew nothing about my booking or the room. The room was not clean The shower was hanging off the wall and has to be repaired by me before I could use it and even then was poor temperature and pressure.
