'What an adorable cottage! Sure, the floors were not level….but the beds were great. The bathrooms had been updated. There was a terrific sunroom….and the property was gorgeous. We had two dog with us and they loved the space to run and catch a frisbee. The house was equipped with so many amenities. I would definitely visit again. We spent one day hiking at Grayson Highlands State Park in VA and another day we did an urban walk through West Jefferson, NC'

'This place was just what it is shown be - a converted chapel with all the amenities you could hope for. When you drive up, it is a little white chapel on a rise; when you walk in you still have the ambiance of the old chapel with all the modern conveniences of living today. The modern kitchen is a joy to use along with bright, clean bathroom, king size bed and even plugs on both side tables for your chargers. When we arrived, there was sourdough bread along with non-alcoholic sparkling "wine."...

'There was hair in the shower and sink. The shower liners looked dirty and much to long and hanging in the dirty water. Trash was left in the downstairs. There was no toilet paper, trash can liners, or soap for the shower. Multiple obvious mouse traps left the feeling there was a mouse problem that we may encounter- which we did not. '

'Not easy to find, get to. Beautiful place and view; hot tub was wonderful, beds very comfortable, the weather was lovely. The kitchen was clean, well equipped, and cozy. We enjoyed our time together in the cottage. The property could benefit from handrail on lower steps from driveway to upper deck and front door, garlic powder in spice rack, fire extinguisher in a more prominent location in case of fire emergencies.'

'We enjoyed the quiet and remote features of this private Lansing oasis. Unfortunately while the gas fireplace wasn't working, we were able to run into town and buy wood for the wood burning stove. Definitely recommend for a winter getaway and know the gas fireplace will be repaired soon. Property manager was quick to respond and contact the appropriate maintenance staff. After working on the fireplace for a good hour, it was determined the controller needed replacing. Would certainly return for...

'We absolutely recommend Danna's Cozy Cabin!! We were visited by deer daily. Quiet, everything extremely clean and inviting! Communication with host very nice about everything and our reason for stay. You can't go wrong with booking this cabin. Hot tub AWESOME and very clean. Loved our time there and will rebook.'
