'For starters Check in was at 2pm yet owner stated his maids weren’t done and I would need to come back at 3 Although I was already in route to property and 10 minutes away . Negotiated later check out due to me being inconvenienced . When I entered the property it smelled awful and I could tell it wasn’t cleaned by maids . The listing states 2 bedroom 2 bath but only shows 1 bedroom in the pictures. When walking in the second room it was a full/queen bed and twin bed on the floor . With Cheap...

'This is basically the perfect rental experience. I visited Houston with my brothers for a weekend trip to watch baseball, and the host responded immediately to my booking. She then followed up as the trip got closer to let me know when to expect check in details and then followed through on that with everything we would need. 'Aside from the obvious- paper thin walls and extremely uncomfortable beds - I was most annoyed that the address confirmed in the reservation was not the actual address of the property. Location was the deciding factor when we booked and it was disappointing when we got a different address with our check-in instructions. Not a pleasant situation.'

'This was a very nice property. The cleaning service could have done a better job. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs.
