'Apartment itself was nice once inside. Neighborhood was a little rough but complex is secured with a gate. Host was friendly. Overall a good place for the price. I would stay there again if we were in town for another game.'

'When we arrived check it went smooth. The condo is luxury fresh and smelled so good. The host sent a list full of things to do in Houston. If we needed assistance she did not hesitate to answer any questions. You can’t go wrong with this property at all.!!'

'If you rent this property, you better stop for supplies first. because only the bare minimum is provided. No soap in the bathrooms. We had to use the liquid soap from the kitchen sink the first night to shower. There was no soap provided for the dishwasher, no paper towels or extra garbage bags or although the rules state the garbage should be disposed in the dumpster at the end of the hallway daily. 'At first glance the apartment is “cute and clean”. Until you look closer and realize there’s roaches crawling from holes in the sink and running under the bed. I texted the host immediately and was told “That must have came in when the cleaners were cleaning they open the doors and windows! I’ve never seen that… what is that?!? I would either drown it or crush it with a napkin and throw it away!!!!” I tried to resolve the matter with Vrbo, they stated they could refund their service fee and...

'We enjoyed our visit! The wifi was not the greatest. When watching TV it kept buffering. Also, the water went out, and I asked the property manager too look into it, but I never heard a response. Luckily, there was someone on cite that fixed it.'

'Very well maintained, lots of extras so we didn’t have to bring all of our own pots and pans. BBQ pit, a few extra floats, it was lovely! Water heater and air conditioner were a bit loud, but nothing that a little music couldn’t distract from. We’ll definitely be visiting again!'
