'We rented this property for a reunion of four families. We all agreed that we had a really great time. The property is gorgeous. We have plenty of spaces to hang around, for kids and adults. We used the pool (heated) and hot tub a lot. The firepit is a hit for smores and volleyball court is a definitely a plus. The kitchen and refrigerator are spacious, allowing our group to cook all of our meals during the stay. We appreciated the bathroom in every bedroom for each family privacy. The...

'Enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant area and welcoming reception. The only misleading was it is true river 2 minutes away, but you cannot get to it. It was locked private property. Im not sure if it was because off season. Just check before you rent.'

'We had 4 couples and 4 kids, and booked almost 2 years in advance for the eclipse. The Rusty Rio is quaint and what it appears to be....a fun and "campy" spot. The only gripe we had was that when we booked, we filtered rentals that had hot tubs, and hot tub was listed as an amenity. It didn't work, and likely hasn't for many years. 'First off, let me start by saying it is a great location. One other house is close by, but there is definitely a lot of privacy. Upon the arrival of the home and inspection windows were broken, blinds were broken or missing. There was no fire extinguisher and the air condition filter was extremely dirt.
