'This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. 'The apartment is the perfect size for 2. The hot tub was hot with a beautiful view. The pool was gorgeous. The sunsets were awesome. Ootlewah was quaint to explore, and a great distance from Chattanooga. Herby was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for both the indoors and the outdoors in that Chattanooga area.'

'My sister and I stayed with Mr. Allen while visiting family. It could not have been better! He was prompt to respond and very easy to work with when my arrival was heavily delayed. The walk down to the room is magical- the string lights and the deck in the woods are incredibly peaceful. We sat on the deck and listened to the wind in the trees. The hot tub was clean and hot and Mr. Allen did a great job of explaining how it works and giving the tour. The location was perfect- I lived in St Elmo...

'Booking was easy. When we arrived there was not a key in the lock box as instructed so I immediately called Jen. Owners live on site so it was easy to remedy the situation- she actually moved us to another unit. It was perfect for what we needed. They’d gone above and beyond to make the units homey- including Christmas decorations- We will definitely stay there again.'

'Host was great and the place was beautiful and perfect for two people and an overnight stay. The only negative is the front door is glass with no blinds therefore our above neighbors in the unit above tried to look into our door at 9 am while we were still getting ready. Quite the shock!'

'We had an incredible experience staying at the Lofts at Manning. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. 'For a mini family reunion, we stayed in the "Indiana Jones" themed suite - and WOW it was so amazing! Loved solving the puzzles and looking at all the collectables. Beds were comfy and it was a peaceful visit. Kristi (the host) was so responsive and helpful. Just wish it was closer to downtown to walk to the shops (why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for location). Overall - we want to come back and experience some of the other themed suites!'

'We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. 'We stayed here for Christmas, just hubs and kids stayed over night, and cooked for a few other family members. It was everything and more than expected. We loved everything! 'The property was just as described on VRBO, very clean and great outside spaces. Great location. We loved sitting in the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. The only suggestions we would have is that it would be helpful to have a table by the hot tub to sit your drinks or other belongings on. In each of the bedrooms bigger lamps would helpful as well as luggage racks and a larger bedside table in the smaller bedroom.'

'Once again we had great time! Love the cabin and the river sound. Sitting on the porch in a rocker or on the swing Is so soothing and peaceful. Getting in the hot tub and seeing the river and the trees and then the night sky is heaven made. The kitchen had every dish, pots and pans we needed. Cabin is so clean Angela does a great job. The communication with the owner Julie is quick to respond if needed. We love it and can’t wait to return.'
