'This property is centrally located in Rockland and within walking distance to the harbor, dining, coffee, shopping, and more. We had a great harbor view from our room. And while Trade Winds is old and needs work (smells old and we had to air out our room every time we came back to it.), it's in the ideal location and we would definitely stay there again; just wish the price was a little less expensive. Customer service and communication was top notch and exceeded all expectations. '

'Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. 'The title and description are spot on, this is a vintage home with every amenity we needed for a long weekend exploring Damariscotta and Boothbay Harbor. We only needed 3 bedrooms, so did not use the bunk beds tucked into the first floor alcove, and planned to spend most of our time out & about. It was a perfect location for us.'

'We renewed our wedding vows at Children’s Chapel. The area is beautiful, beach is amazing, there is a rock on the beach that has dates and names carved all over it from the 1800’s. The host was GREAT Alex told us stories and let us hear his “Alabama accent” LOL. I could’ve talked to him all day. We had a great trip and plan on coming back.'

'I was offered Stella which is a beautiful little apartment due to a mistake I made when applying to stay in Roxie. I didn't realize Roxie was solar and I really needed electricity for this stay. It was a more a business trip not a camping trip.Sherri very graciously let me stay in Stella which was wonderful . Very clean, bright , everything you could need . 'Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, location was close to shopping and restaurants, no problem with parking, room was spacious. Our room had a balcony with an electrical pole and wires right off of the balcony obstructing the view of the harbor. (blah) The longggg walk from the elevator to the room was very warm as the sun beamed in the many windows along the hall. I would stay there again but get a room in the higher numbers, away from the poles.'
