'Our family had a great time here over Memorial Day weekend. It rained most of the time, but we pumped up the SUPs we brought and bundled up to use them each day during the windows between rain showers. The house is well stocked with books and board games, which we enjoyed playing together & unplugged from the screens.'

'Overall the view, the yard and hot tub made up for the little things. We spent most our weekend out on the deck and noticed it needs some TLC. Our 1 year old got splinters and scraped up and the board right when your about to enter the house is broken. We were really disappointed that the path down to the river is overgrown and you have to crawl over branches. There is ac in the main house in bedroom which was nice. But unfortunately there were spiders everywhere inside and dead bugs and cobwebs...

'We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and bright. My son loved the trundel bed and projector. The beds were very comfortable and warm. I especially liked the blanket and pillows on the queen bed. The coffee, water and chocolates was so nice. Thank you for having a cozy place.'

'My husband and I spent the Christmas holiday (five days) here. It was our second stay at the cabin, and we are already looking forward to returning. The cabin is very clean, pretty, and well-equipped. The kitchen (including huge outdoor grill) is great; the bed is very comfortable; the covered deck and hot tub have gorgeous mountain views and are beautifully lit at night. 'It was a nice pace to stay, but there was old food in the fridge and freezer and it looked like the place was upgraded on the inside but in the outside it looked like the please might collapse. I would stay there again if it felt cleaner and safer '

'This was a very nice, comfortable, and cozy cabin! If you want a hotel experience, be sure to book a hotel. This was a cabin, and my wife and I loved it. It was perfect for what we needed, which was a place close to North Cascades National Park. The kitchenette was perfect for the two of us, and you can't beat the price We weren't able to taste the wines, but they had quite a collection. '

'We had a very nice time at this home by the river. You can’t necessarily access the river from the property but it’s a short walk into town and a short walk to a river access point. I can’t describe the beautiful views from the main level and the master bedroom. The beds were a little older and the uneven floors made it so we had to be a little creative with how we positioned ourselves in bed for sleep. 'As with our previous visits, this one too was wonderful, even with an injured ankle. David was very good about checking to see how we were doing after I took a fall and ended up at the closest ER. He even paid us a visit the next day to offer any needed help. Because our flight back home wasn't for three more days, I fixed me a place in a recliner in front of the big picture window with a view of the river and mountains. What a restful place to be!
