'We enjoyed an extended stay at Otter’s Way in early spring. As others have said, this property is exceptional. The grounds with the ponds are a natural paradise, so much fun to watch and hear the many birds, otters, frogs (and even local cows down the way). 'This is a beautiful and spacious home with river access and porch for sunning and relaxing. We spent 2 of our 4-night hiking trip here. The owner went out of his way for us, lighting the fire pit, and bringing smore fixings for the kids (12 and 13). Inner tubes and kayaks were available, and despite the cold temp., the kids tubed down the shallow river and were in heaven! Spotlessly clean, and we were thrilled to find Rummikub in the game cupboard. Quiet, private area.'

Like someone else said in their review, the neighborhood is not visually nice but the rental property itself is nice. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub. For an issue we had, the owner responded very promptly.'

It was very comfortable with room to hang out together. Minor discrepancy in the description-we were expecting a shower in each bathroom but there were two showers and a cast iron tub without a shower. Lovely place.'

'Perfect for us. We traveled to the area for a family reunion and I needed a place where I could have my dog with me. My daughter needed a kitchen to prepare food for the reunion. And we all had comfortable sleeping arrangements. I would definitely choose this house again when traveling to the Hardy/Grant County area.'
