'This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!'

'From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! 'My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Carl's basement apartment for a combined work trip and vacation to DC. The space was more comfortable than a hotel room, at a lower total cost than most. Carl was very proactive about providing helpful information and checking that everything was OK. Although we didn't take advantage, a pingpong table and video arcade game added to the charm. It was within a reasonable walking distance to restaurants, groceries and a metro station.'
