'Absolutely loved the Pennywell! In what you can tell once was a bank, it also had a modern touch in the lobby area. The valet parking was wonderful with the valet staff offering to help load and unload. The room was small, but extremely cozy, with a king size bed, comfortable mattress, and comfortable pillows. Will definitely be staying here the next time we got to a game...Cardinals or Battle Hawks'

'Our room didn't look like the pictures, but we managed. The staff was very nice and the valet was so quick! Robie's, the restaurant in the hotel, was delicious and the drinks (and the bartender) were excellent! We were only there for the weekend, so our room only needed cleaned once. We got back to no bath towels, one hand towel, and someone's half drank water bottle. The trash was taken out but there was still a used coffee cup on the counter. It was very odd. Not sure if housekeeping was...

'Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.'
