Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Our room was extremely small and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. The entire space felt very worn and in need of a major upgrade. There was visible mold in the shower, the walls were dirty, and the furniture was dented, dusty, and stained. The dresser and other pieces looked old and poorly maintained. Everything felt outdated and not well kept. I honestly dreaded having to shower. The entire hotel seems overdue for a full renovation. It felt old, dusty, and neglected throughout. Our room was also very hot and the air conditioning was not turned on. When I called the front desk, I was told the air had not yet been activated. They did bring us a fan, which we appreciated, but it was uncomfortable.
The elevators were extremely small and one of the three was out of service. This caused long waits both going up to our room and coming back down to the lobby. Additionally, there were no options to purchase snacks or bottled water. There is no small shop or convenience area within the hotel, which was inconvenient.
Overall, the property did not feel clean or well maintained, and it did not meet expectations.
