'We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. We really enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast sitting by the lake. The sun room is lovely - we had one very rainy day and sitting there and watching the rain on the lake was very nice. 'The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. 'Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. 'This home is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The centralized kitchen served a family of 6 very comfortably, and the sleeping areas were great. Easy to find and a short drive to great places to eat and drink! We recommend Duff’s famous wings—they didn’t disappoint!'

'My wife and I had a great stay for annual fishing trip to Chautauqua. Laurie was attentive host and communication was excellent. We enjoyed setting on the deck and chatting with the neighbors when we were not on the water.'

Our dog also had a wonderful time walking with us on the paths to Lake Erie. My favorite part might have been the relaxing furniture on the deck and watching the birds around the ponds. 'My husband, our Mini Dachshund and I love this place. This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. Plenty of room, close to grocery store, safe and quiet. Has all of the basics you need other than food. Highly recommend.'

'It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed.
