'The first room we got had a terrible smell (urine) the front desk told another customer they didn’t have another room that night. Since the customer was complaining about one of the beds were not made. That night we had no option to stay in the room that smell bad but next morning after coming from the soccer tournament I approached the front desk and explained my situation. 'This is an old style hotel that has been upgraded to luxury standards. The rooms are small, but very well appointed. Robes, soaps and toiletries are all top notch, the sheets are crisp, the shower hot and everything is spotless.
