At this price point that should be standard. It's tough for a family of 6 road-tripping and packed to the gills to not have towels and linens.'

'Everything about the house was perfect. Impeccably clean, views of the lake from the living room and master bedroom, complimentary coffee and cookies, treats. Touches like you find in a hotel like soap, shampoo, face mask, toothbrush. Minutes to the National Seashore by car. The host, Tara, communicated completely. She has written a guide about the house, good restaurants nearby and things to do. All in all, a terrific experience.'

The owners were very easy to deal with & very quick with communication! I would highly recommend this rental property. We will definitely return in the future!'

'My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was clean and well kept on the inside. It was well located for beaches and amenities like grocery stores and ice cream. The outside needs work. Weeds are growing into the outdoor shower floor, the pergola is moldy and the outdoor furniture was dirty.'

'Cozy and Qwaint would've stayed longer if there is availability. Love the apple trees. We picked of few of them in the morning and cook them up for breakfast with a little bit of oatmeal instant pack they provided'

'Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. We only did breakfasts at the cottage, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part of the cottage for us were the E bikes!! 'My family had a wonderful time at this cottage! My boys especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a long beach day. They loved the watching the wild bunnies outside as we drove in and out of the property. The cottage was spacious and clean and well taken care of. It had everything you needed to relax.'
